Ship it back on your own. You pay return cost at your favorite package carrier. Ensure you keep your tracking # to confirm your package arrives back to our Distribution Center.

No refunds, we offer exchange only on all products within 7 days from the delivered day.  Buyer/Customer is responsible for shipping cost both ways, shipping back to Winter Globe Sports and for shipping exchanged item.  Before shipping back any product to Winter Globe Sports you have to contact our customer service at tel. If the product that you want to exchange for is not available in different size or color we will issue you a store credit.

All items for exchange must be in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
