Warranty Policy Details

Shipping expense to send the product back to evo or directly to the manufacturer for approval is the sole responsibility of the customer. If the warranty request is approved, we will cover the shipping expense (if within the United States) of sending the new or repaired product. 

Any outside expenses that stem from a warranty situation (rental fees, mounting cost, part installs) aren’t covered by winter globe sports or the manufacture. No warranty on product on sale with a discount of 25% or more from original price, you can always try to contact the manufacturer and do the warranty directly with them.

Winter Globe Sports can help you navigate this process but there are other options that could be quicker and easier for you. Going through your local Ski Shop can be a good option if they’re an authorized dealer of your frame manufacturer or component manufacturer. They may be able to better evaluate the issue in person and they can process a warranty claim with the manufacturer even if you didn’t buy the the product from them.  

Another option is to work directly with the manufacturer. If you go to the manufacturer’s website, you should find warranty instructions to get the process started.
